She reblocked without a woolyboard - laid it out flat and gently smoothed it keeping it as dense together as possible and still pretty flat. When it was darn near almost almost dry, she tossed it in the dryer by itself for a few minutes at a time and checked it to make sure it wasn't actually felting. She managed to get an adjustment of over an inch this way with no apparent change in the garment. Just some reading to pass along.
